Dr. Vidya Patil is a highly qualified and experienced medical professional specializing in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She obtained her M.B.B.S degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Karnataka University, in May 1996. Subsequently, she completed her Diplomate of National Board (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) at Bhabha Atomic Research Center Hospital, Mumbai, in September 2003. Dr. Patil also holds a Diploma in Family Planning from the same institution, awarded in April 2003. Later, she earned her Doctor of Medicine (M.D) from the University of Seychelles, American Institute of Medicine, in July 2006.

With an extensive 17-year tenure as a Consultant at Arya Women's Hospital and 12 years at Suvarna General Hospital, Dr. Patil has demonstrated a wealth of experience and expertise. She also serves as a Consultant at Apollo Diagnostic Centre and Clinic. Her earlier professional roles include a variety of positions at prestigious institutions such as Bhabha Atomic Research Center Hospital, Harkisandas Nowrottamdas Hospital, Rajawadi Hospital, K.B. Bhabha Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital, Tata Memorial Hospital, Yashada Maternity Home, Sanjeevini Endoscopy Center, Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital, and Hiranandani Hospital.

Dr. Patil has actively engaged in academic activities, contributing to publications and ongoing studies. Her research includes topics such as "Isolated tubal torsion in cases of haematosalpinx" (In press) and "Transient tachypnea of the newborn" (Study in process). She has participated in Continuing Medical Education (CME) on "Dysfunctional uterine bleeding at BARC Hospital" and has been involved in teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students at G S Medical College and Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital.

Her interests and expertise lie in Endoscopy and Infertility, and she is the Consultant and Proprietor at Arya Women’s Health Care Centre. Dr. Patil has achieved notable success in independent operative laparoscopic procedures, including hysterectomies, tubal recanalization, endometriosis, metroplasties, operative hysteroscopy, and ovarian tumors. She is well-versed in high-risk obstetrics.

Beyond her medical achievements, Dr. Patil has a history of receiving accolades and awards, including a gold medal at the All India level for First aid and home nursing during an Advance Leadership Camp in NCC. She has represented Karnataka at the Basic Leadership Camp and received a certificate of merit for her performance in MBBS. Dr. Patil has been an active participant in extracurricular activities, winning prizes in dance, music, and debating at various levels. Her special interests include Laparoscopy, Infertility, and High-risk Obstetrics
